We’re so proud of the #ExchangeAlumni community! Alumni from 150 countries submitted over 1,300 projects!

And now, we are happy to announce that 58 alumni teams in 49 countries have advanced to the semifinal round. The only one project from Sri Lanka, Youth Entrepreneurship Sustainability (YES) HUB from Sri Lanka by the Alumni members from Community Solutions Program (IREX) and US Full-bright Scholars Program advanced to semifinal. Team members of this project lead by Saja Aslam include, Dr. Novil Wijesekara, Mr. Prabhook Bandaratillake, and Nuwan Chamara with Lanka Ventures Frontiers (Dhanika De Silva).

There’s only one more review to go before many of these projects can begin making important contributions to communities all over the world.

Congratulations, semifinalists!
