Youth camp facilitated by Saja on innovative community solutions – Sri Lanka
Six youth teams in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka were engaged in developing innovative solutions to emerging community problems. In the final day, 6 innovative community solutions projects were presented by the multidisciplinary and multi-ethnic groups.
The participants were involved in an extensive team building exercise guided by resource persons just after the completion of the first day of the workshop. This exercise created a stronger bonds between participants coming from different regions, universities, culture and fields of studies.
This program is conducted by MWRAF Sri Lanka in partnership with Uth Creative Action Network (UCAN) supported by DIAKONIA.
