Institue of Enginers Sri Lanka (IESL) opened its Ampara District Centre at the Faculty of Engineering, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, Oluvil on 15th September 2013.

The president of the IESL(2013/14) Eng. Tilak de Silva participated as the Chief Guest, opened the Centre and unveiled the plaque. Eng. ALM. Nizar Chairman of IESL Eastern Province
